Dr. Bernard Jones is a Teaching Fellow at Tekazon Academy and Head of Executive Education and Knowledge Exchange at the IUBS, School of Business.

His research explores the design discipline and specifically service design as an agent of change in the development of public policy, business strategy, and organizational transformation.
